got scammed - big headache!

my cash back got denied cus they said the store (Sephora) denied it for their own reasons (they said I shopped thru another site during my transaction which I didnt). and that due to the samples (offered to me by Sephora, tiny samples) my 12% cash back was rejected. Ridiculous, not even mentioned anywhere and I didnt even want those samples theyre tiny perfumes samples. not shopping from here ever again, its a scam beware! n ebates wouldnt do anything to solve my issue either! wow I could have gotten much better deals elsewhere if it wasnt for the 12% cash back ( that I didnt get).
