They never kept track of any purchases Ive made through their site, I had to email them a ton to get them to fix it. I also referred three friends which was supposed to get me $40, only got $30 in the account. I was told my first cheque was sent out on april 22, it is now may 4 and still no cheque.. Dont think Ill be using again if I never end up receiving anything.

I LOVE Ebates! Ive been a member for years and find it a wonderful way to shop. I dont have to search the web for coupon codes because they are all right there, AND I get cash back! Win! Unfortunately, I have not been able to use my mobile app (iPhone) since the latest update. It just keeps telling me that there is an error loading data. PLEASE fix the app!!! I have been needing to access Ebates through my web browser, and thats just not as convenient. I miss my app!!!

First of all, I love ebates. I have the app on my phone and iPad. Super easy to use.

Propaganda and most orders dont even process until you nag the annoying staff that blows up ur email.. No credit for any referrals what so ever. Dont even bother trying. They dont keep track of the people signing up through your link.. If you want a referral bonus u gotta have the persons address email phone number boxer size and all that.. Dont advertise referral bonuses that are whack makes ur whole site smell like dog poo

I do love ebates! I love the fact that I am earning my own money back from making purchases, its easy to use and has a large variety of stores I shop at. However lately I cant seem to navigate as easily as before Im not sure why... Seems to not be caught up to the actual websites or something... I guess i have to contact support!
